Chris has a background in both finance and residential real estate.

As the Managing Partner and a Co-Founder of JTW Advisors, Chris is responsible for the sourcing and execution of M&A and Capital Raising transactions in the homebuilding and building products industry.

Chris has over 20 years of experience as an operator, entrepreneur, and advisor to the homebuilding and development industry. He can relate to homebuilders’ unique challenges and opportunities because he has developed, marketed, and constructed hundreds of for sale single family and condominium homes while overseeing projects in Southwest Florida, Coastal Alabama, and North Carolina as both an employee and owner.

Most recently Chris served as CEO of Kennebunk LLC, an advisory and development services firm he founded in 2012. Prior to founding Kennebunk, he learned the nuts and bolts of the homebuilding industry while serving as the CEO of Jordan James Builders and in a senior management role with WCI Communities.

Chris’ professional experience began at SEI Investments where he spent four years raising capital through banks and broker-dealers.

Chris lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and two children. He enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with his family. Chris is an IRONMAN®.
