As a Vice President at JTW Advisors, Pat supports principals throughout all phases of the transaction process including: onboarding new clients, valuation, deal preparation, marketing, diligence, and closing.

Prior to joining JTW, Pat spent 9 years at Sunoco LP (formerly Sunoco Inc).  Pat spent the majority of his career in Sunoco’s Investor Relations & Capital Markets department, followed by a period as Manager of Sunoco’s Mergers and Acquisitions team, and most recently served as Manager of Sunoco’s Real Estate Group.  Pat played a role in Sunoco’s transition to a publicly traded partnership through a major acquisition as well as subsequent acquisitions, divestitures, and debt and equity capital markets transactions totaling over $5 billion.

Pat lives in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania with his wife, two daughters, and son.  He is an avid golfer and collects vinyl records.
